Eligibility

  • You acknowledge and agree that you must be of legal age to purchase any products or services offered by Blackmount Publishing.

By submitting an order and/or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blackmount Publishing.


Definition of Terms

 

  • “Website” refers to all online content available on Blackmount Publishing website pages.

  • “Customer,” “You,” “Your” refers to you or any individual submitting an order to Blackmount Publishing on your behalf.

  • “Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us” refers to Blackmount Publishing, a company registered under the laws of the State.

  • “Products or Services” refers to all services and products provided by Blackmount Publishing in accordance with a customer’s order.

  • “Order” refers to an order placed via phone or email to info@blackmountpublishing.com, confirmed through down payments made via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or e Check.


Our Services

It is your responsibility to carefully review and understand these Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy before submitting any order or payment. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.


Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the services and products we provide, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders.

If changes are required to meet quality standards such as editing or proofreading we offer a structured revision process to ensure customer satisfaction.

If a fulfilled product does not meet the documented requirements provided at the time of order placement, we will conduct an internal review and, at our discretion, revise or recreate the content at no additional cost.


Revisions

 

  • Each service package includes a specific revision policy as outlined in its description.

  • Revisions are typically provided within 5 to 10 business days after the order status changes to Waiting for Customer Approval in our Order Management Platform.

  • Revision requests must be submitted directly to your assigned Project Manager via email.

Once the order is fulfilled, customers may make personal changes to the content, as it is delivered in Word format and full rights are transferred to the customer.


Refund Policy

 

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we strive to address customer concerns fairly and professionally.

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5 to 15 business days. A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is higher) will be deducted. Refunds are issued only through the original payment method used during checkout, and confirmation will be sent via email.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Change of Mind

 

a) Prior to Project Initiation
Customers are entitled to a 100% refund if the refund request is made before work has begun. Requests must be submitted within one hour of order placement.

b) After Project Progress
If the project has commenced and at least one revision has been provided, only a partial refund may be considered to compensate internal resources.

Incompetent Delivery

 

Refunds may be considered only after all revision options have been exhausted and the work does not comply with the original project requirements.

We offer unlimited revisions to ensure satisfaction. If the final delivery remains significantly below expectations, a refund may be processed based on mutual agreement.

Late Delivery

 

If delivery is delayed due to company fault, and after at least three documented contact attempts, a refund may be processed upon verification.


Refund Time Frame

 

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of first submission or delivery.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after this period.

  • Customers are responsible for noting refund deadlines at the time of order placement.


Cases Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

 

  • Minor technical issues such as grammatical errors, formatting issues, word count discrepancies, or missing references.

  • Delays caused by the client.

  • Low word count claims.

In such cases, partial refunds or future service discounts may be offered at the company’s discretion.


Modifications to Services and Pricing

 

  • Prices, discounts, and service offerings are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or content at any time without liability.

Blackmount Publishing shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
